This is a collaboration between Carlos Sánchez and Pilar Fernández Eguiluz in Rioja Alavesa that demonstrates the potential of an elegant and aging wine made with the straw yellow Viura variety of clean golden tones and aromas of floral and citrus with a touch of pollen.
It is fresh, elegant, mineral, tasty on the palette and very well balanced with a lingering aftertaste.
