This collaboration between Carlos Sánchez and Pilar Fernández Eguiluz in Rioja Alavesa gave birth to a Rioja wine where fruit is the protagonist including aromas of red fruits, flowers and liquorice on a balsamic background.
On the palate it is mineral, fresh, balanced and elegant with a creamy aftertaste of red fruits.
