The grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness,  the grapes undergo direct pressing with whole clusters.

This golden-hued wine offers a complex nose with aromas of ripe white fruits intertwined with subtle hints of fine oak aging. On the palate, it is unexpectedly fresh, medium-bodied, and harmoniously balanced between acidity, fruit, and wood.
