This is a collaboration between Carlos Sánchez and Pilar Fernández Eguiluz in Rioja Alavesa that demonstrates the potential of an elegant and biological aged wine (where the barrel was never refilled, and no sulphur was added), made with the Viura variety.

It has a golden yellow colour, smoked aromas and aromas of nuts and herbs. Is has a great density in the mouth where the note of smoked, nuts and minerals are accompanied during its lingering finish.
