La Rosa 2019
La Rosa is a wine from a parcel planted in 1939 with calcareous soils and of various varieties, with the Bobal variety as the protagonist grape and about 10% white grapes.
Its colour is clean and bright, cherry red.
On the nose it is very mineral, with ripe black fruit and with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate you sense very fresh – and again – very mineral notes with a slightly bitter finish that definitely creates even more freshness and structure. It’s a wine with a lot of personality.

About theProducer
Great reference of the D.O. Manchuela (Cuenca) where Javier Revert and Márcos Méndez have taken the reins of the winery, gradually renewing the image of a great house but without changing the identity of the project started in 1998 by the gastronomic journalist Víctor de la Serna and the winemaker Rafael Orozco.
